There is nothing I like about this building or the landlord and her sons
Cons
The building is raggedy it’s very old the landlord doesn’t fix anything because she’s always telling the workers she hire that the amount of too high. We have limited heat the owner son loves to harass the tenants for rent and then when wanna file a petition in housing court. They have so much rodents they chew through the walls, leaking ceiling defective light fixtures HPD does nothing but give them violations and they pay them off without doing the repairs and the hallways always smell funny. They never give brand new Appliances they shop a second hand stores. Appliances will work for a short period of time then you have to argue with the landlord about it. Oh and the building was under a program with HPD
Advice to the owners
Stop saying the repairs are too high in cost if the city is paying you money every month for your tenants. Do the repairs correctly and get licensed workers to do the repairs and you won’t have to worry about always having to fix something in your building. Keep up the maintenance
