Definitely dont live here (mold, pests, leaking toilets, dripping ceiling)

Pros

-Usually a very quiet neighborhood -All rooms come with an AC/heating unit

Cons

-Basement had rats/mice. There was also several weeks when there were at least a hundred plus dead flies littering the floor. -MOLD. We repeatedly reached out to the landlord over the course of a month and he ignored our maintenance requests until it got to a point that black mold had overtaken a solid corner of the bathroom ceiling. The black mold literally started growing white mold on top of it. He only sent people over after we reported him to the city. -Frequent flooding due to pipe issues. The basement flooded. The first floor flooded out of the bathroom and into the living room due to pipe issues that also caused the mold. -Leaking toilets. -Leaking ceilings. The bathroom above us had a leaky toilet which then caused our ceilings to leak as well. -The landlord ignored numerous maintenance requests from us over several weeks.

Advice to the owners

My advice? Tear the building down and never again be a landlord.
