Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by James Moy reveal a diverse experience among tenants. While some praise the charming locations and competitive rents, significant issues arise regarding cleanliness and pest control, with multiple reports of roach infestations and poor garbage management. Owner responsiveness has also drawn criticism, with many tenants finding it lacking. However, some residents noted a positive experience with maintenance responses for heating and water issues. Overall, prospective tenants should be aware of potential pest issues and inconsistent management, while appreciating the appealing neighborhoods the buildings are situated in.

Impossible Roach infestation

Pros

Great location - cute apartment

Cons

Unbelievably hard to get rid of the roaches Nothing worked

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

DO NOT !

Pros

Great food options in the area and easy access to transportation

Cons

I've never seen anyone clean the common area of the building, full garbage bags are left on the first floor, dead cockroaches on the stairs and living ones in my apartment....the building is not upkept in any form. Don't expect to sleep either because the noise level late at night into the early morning hours is absurd.
