Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews for buildings managed by Martin Meyer reveal a mixed experience. Some residents praise convenient locations near transit and amenities, highlighting responsive management and well-maintained units in certain buildings. However, many complain about poor maintenance, slow repairs, pest issues, inadequate heating, and noise disturbances. Garbage management and cleanliness are often unsatisfactory, with reports of unfriendly staff and delays in addressing tenant concerns. Rent stabilization is generally absent, which may affect affordability. Overall, while some buildings show care and responsiveness, tenants should expect inconsistencies in management quality and building upkeep under Martin Meyer’s portfolio.
