Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews of buildings managed by Kenneth Subraj reveal consistent issues with management responsiveness and maintenance. Many renters report poor pest control with persistent roach and rodent problems, inadequate heating during winter, and insufficient maintenance responsiveness. Garbage management and cleanliness vary widely, with some buildings well-maintained and others neglected. Noise levels are often high, impacting tenant comfort. While neighbors and apartment sizes receive occasional praise, the landlord’s approach is frequently described as money-driven and dismissive of tenant concerns. Overall, renters advise improved communication, timely repairs, thorough pest extermination, and fairer treatment to enhance living conditions in these properties.

Reviews

Former tenant·13 hours ago

Cant wait to find another place

Pros

Good heat, and hot water

Cons

Many roaches can’t control it, some have mice, greedy to get your money, don’t really care about tenants. Some tenants are rude and have no concern to peoples needs. They also made me pay for the safety bars that were already installed in the apartment $100. I had no choice because I had to leave from my last place.

Advice to the owners

Screen your tenants a little better, especially young couples Ask for references

Zara is the worst management they care more about $$$ than the residents

Pros

Nothing terrible up keep

Cons

Low water pressure no heat during the winter time especially on the coldest days. They don’t wipe anything down so dust builds up through the building. They have been thee worse by far.

Advice to the owners

Care more about the residents than you do about money
