well maintained, great staff and ameneties

Some units are very old and converted into flex rooms.
Solid building, good amenities, nice maintenance/super staff
Pros
-the supers/doorpeople are generally very nice -maintenance requests are processed quickly -amazing outdoor courtyard space that just got renovated in May 2025 -gym is also newly renovated and cheap ($80 ish a month) to join -generally, neighbors are very quiet and there's a good mix between families and young people -the security will take noise complaints seriously -lobbies are always clean -close to M15 and many other bus stops
Cons
-these are cheaply built/renovated apartments, so things break easily and frequently -you're a block or so from Bellevue and the men's shelter nearby -gym not included with rent, have to join separately which is annoying -hallway smells bad sometimes -you're not very close to a subway
Advice to the owners
Make the gym included in rent!
