The neighborhood is great.

Cons

Michael Brusco, one of the managers is useless. He is impossible to get ahold of, and rarely returns phone calls. He does not show any concern for tenant issues and acts bothered when you do finally get ahold of him.

Advice to the owners

Get rid of Michael.
