Great building and location
Pros
Very clean, owner gives a lot of perks to the units.
Cons
It became noisy since the restaurant in front of the building opened.

Awesome building and landlord
Pros
I have loved living in this building! The landlord is awesome. Super sweet and responsive. Always available to take my call and fixes things right away. He also added in unit washer and dryers. Highly recommend
