Nice Location Ruined by Poor Managment
Pros
The building is in a nice location between central Bed-Stuy and the trains in north Bed-Stuy/Willamsburg/Buschwick. Good built in amenities.
Cons
Awful management and poorly built building. Clearly a modern building built as cheaply as possible. Designs of the bathrooms and kitchens are terrible (there was a light switch IN my shower). Lots of mold that management just paints over. Lots of cockroaches, multiple termite infestations, ants get in, and had multiple outbreaks of hundreds of flies in the lobby. Someone routinely pees in the lobby and elevator. There has been a squatter in and out of the top floor. The elevator get stuck frequently requiring the fire department to come and shut down the alarms. The front door gets stuck open and/or closed sometimes. Overall just a very poor quality building designed to look "luxury". Management takes forever to address issues and half-ass repairs leaving a huge mess behind. For the rent, stay away from this building
