Great place to live
Pros
The landlords!! The family that lives on the first floor owns the building. It's just them and the apartment upstairs. Super responsive and helpful. If there's an issue, they get a professional to come right away to fix it. Very friendly too. The whole place was definitely recently renovated. Appliances are new.
Cons
Layout is a little awkward (room in the back of the house is a bit small, small room in the front is more the size of an office.) Living room has no windows and no substantial light coming through from other rooms (the kitchen kind of but not really.)
Advice to the owners
Install a skylight or two in the living room if possible. Maybe rent as a two bedroom apartment with an office.
