Elevator is always broken

Neighbors are decent
Cons:
Elevator is always broken, it breaks down at least once a month for multiple days. This building is not for elderly or the disable. And the building could be a bit cleaner.
Advice to owner:
Do better for your tenants, it’s ludicrous at how many things needs to be fixed but can’t be fixed

Amazing location, live in super who is very proactive, elevator, apartments renovated

Pros:
I enjoy the neighborhood as well as the neighbors. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I also enjoyed having access to a laundry mat as well as an elevator.
Cons:
The elevator is constantly out of service, the apartments are not kept up well, the super refuses to do his job, the garbage is not taken out appropriately and tenants are only allowed to remove one bag of garbage a day. The company does not care about those who live and intentionally seek them harm and emotional damage.

Intermittent small roaches, elevator not always working, packages get stolen

Unsafe front entrance

Beautiful apartments if maintained
Cons:
All store fronts except the printing shop are rented as stores but are illegal social clubs serving and selling alcohol.
Older tenants get no service.
The landlord turns off the heat on Friday around 4:30 pm promptly and when you call your left on hold until they close. Very poor heat on the weekends.
Landlord caters to store front owner while apartment renting tenants suffer noise pollution and walking through 10-30 people daily to enter the building. Store owners have rights and apartment renters have none. Now they are turning off the water at 9/30 am and turning on only cold water at 4:45 pm
Advice to owner:
Stop renting to people who damage the property. Remember your long term tenants kept you afloat. Remember those who pay their rent on time. Stop harassing your reliable tenants!!!!!! Hire some licensed contractors to do the repairs.

Decent building until something breaks

Pros:
Close to transportation, restaurants grocery and more. High ceilings relatively quiet depends on which floor. Great views fro, west facing apartments.
Cons:
Lackluster and unprofessional management company. Spanish only speaking super. Mom, pop and cousin crew come to do repairs or remodels to vacant apartments, leading to some paper thin walls, uneven floors/ walls, exterior lighting on indoor outlets and much more. Elevator is horrible and front door is always broken.
Advice to owner:
Hire some people who are construction professionals, do work the right way, upgrade the elevator and paint the lobby and exterior. The building could be so great with just slightly more care and proper trades doing good work.
