The board is a mismanaged disaster. Openly screaming at residents. Completely incompetent and extremely prejudiced against gay people.

Advice to the owners

This building would be great if the insane board members with no backgrounds in management, leadership, or finances would resign. Half the residents don't pay their rent or maintenance.
