Very well managed for an old building

Pros

relatively good price for Manhattan Well maintained building for its age no bad smell apartments facing the yard are very quiet top floor ideal given the building is old

elevator stops working literally every few months

LOVE IT HERE (been here 2 years)

Pros

-on site super is very nice and reachable! -laundry in basement -clean -garage in basement is well managed -no pest issues

Cons

-only issue is it is slightly loud as you are right by Queensboro bridge (if your apartment is facing the street)
