Annoying, sleazy management undermines nice spot

Pros:
Incredible location, good size
Cons:
Management was cheap and did everything at the absolute bare minimum after weeks or months of begging. Jacked up the rent 10% each year I lived there. Only returned deposit after threat of litigation
