Pros:
Amazing area, truly love to be here. You will not find a more central apartment, with huge rooms and prewar fixtures.
Cons:
It is pre-war building so SOMETIMES (not very often) there can be a pest problem. But they do have the exterminator visit weekly and you can always ask for additional help when needed.

Broken locks on outer doors

Pros:
The building is kept clean by the maintenance crew.
Cons:
Locks on outer doors consistently need to be serviced. Takes to long to get repairs done. Workers in the management office are rude. Building manager is absentee.
Advice to owner:
Get a new building manager. Better vetting for management office employees.
