Great location and best landlord you can ask for!
Pros
1. The landlord, Bob, is absolutely incredible. He is very response and attentive. If there are ever issues, he tries to get them resolved with high urgency. 2. The neighborhood is growing really quickly, with lots of cute coffee shops and bakeries closeby. 3. Access to parks is great, with a quick walk to Herbert Von King and a slightly longer walk to Fort Greene park. 4. The apartment is extremely spacious. 5. Great bike lanes on Bedford have made this area very bike friendly.
Cons
1. The A train is a slightly long walk, so you are mostly restricted to the G train, which can sometimes be unreliable. 2. The water pressure could be better. Tried to get better flow in the unit with the landlord's handyman, but it did not seem to work.
