old and not well-maintained building, inconsiderate neighbors

Pros

great location, size and layout, washer/dryer and appliances, pre-war charm, super is friendly, landlord responded quickly, pet-friendly (and never heard pets), trash and recycling handled well

Cons

no buzzer, loud neighbors in hallway, super was nice but slow to respond, wood floors and radiators in poor condition, cheap/old finishes, the common area/hallway not maintained regularly, no electronic rent payment, some issues with leaks

Advice to the owners

take more pride in the building and finishes, including the exterior and interior. a super who maintains building
