Decent building; average neighborhood; big but
Pros
It's small and cozy; only 2 neighbors to speak of; very dark at night, great for sleeping.
Cons
Can have noise from ambulances at night. Biggest issue is landlord: will not answer your messages on time, will not address your concerns in a timely fashion, will dismiss any and all of your issues; refused to return my security deposit and then stopped answering all messages.
Advice to the owners
Would not recommend this building; it's decent enough but the way tenants are treated is extremely disrespectful.
