Building is great, Blueground is not

Pros

Great location, safe, easy and clean garbage area, well-maintained walk up and lobby area, no issues with packages or mail.

Cons

Our individual unit has issues and we have had NO response from Blueground. The phone just disconnects every time you call and they don't respond to messages in the app or emails.

Advice to the owners

Blueground - respond to your tenants!!!

Location. Micro home.

Cons

Very thin walls / can hear neighbor. Should have paid to reduce sound 20x. Cheap of them & thoughtless. Smoke smells in building from bar below. Noise and music at night near ground floor from bars. Bar is connected to building lobby with many stray people in building from bar, would never have anything delivered here.
