Great apartment, big windows and (c) openigloo high ceilings, full kitchen and (c) openigloo bathroom
Cons:
There was mice and the (c) openigloo “lobby” is not kept clean, (c) openigloo packages have been stolen and (c) openigloo the front door doesn’t properly (c) openigloo shut in the winter without (c) openigloo pushing it

Great location, lots of space, (c) openigloo super / management is very (c) openigloo responsive.
Cons:
Bugs in the hallway and (c) openigloo building (cockroaches! and they fly!), (c) openigloo homeless people hang out in (c) openigloo the stairwell, extremely noisy considering (c) openigloo proximity to traffic / being (c) openigloo above a bar, packages get (c) openigloo stolen constantly and instantly, really (c) openigloo expensive for what it is.
Advice to owner:
Get better security so packages stop getting stolen, get stop leaving windows open in the hallway to mitigate bugs, get online payment system as having to mail physical checks is really outdated

I loved living here. (c) openigloo The proximity to the river (c) openigloo and so many cool neighborhoods (c) openigloo makes it a walker’s paradise. (c) openigloo My apartment was cozy (c) openigloo and had big windows.
Cons:
Since all the apartments are (c) openigloo right by the stairwell, it (c) openigloo does get noisy at times. (c) openigloo I invested in a (c) openigloo white noise machine and some (c) openigloo good ear plugs for nighttime.

My rent increased by 1K (c) openigloo once my lease was up. (c) openigloo Knew it was coming bc (c) openigloo I got a COVID deal (c) openigloo but still pretty egregious imo

Lower the rent lol it’s not that amazing

Very nice neighbors and quiet, (c) openigloo only noise comes from the (c) openigloo streets. Attentive and kind landlord. (c) openigloo Very easy access to stores, (c) openigloo restaurants, laundry and coffee shops. (c) openigloo Management responsive about mold concern.
Cons:
Cockroaches, AC unit left behind (c) openigloo by previous tenant covered in (c) openigloo mold, mold in dishwasher, pest (c) openigloo control sign up but have (c) openigloo not heard from management.
Advice to owner:
Pest control needs to be more attentive. Inside of building and foyer needs to be cleaned and updated!!!

They advertise some apts (c) openigloo as 1 bedroom but they (c) openigloo are not big enough for (c) openigloo a bed to be in (c) openigloo it. There are 0 amenities (c) openigloo in the building. Amenities are (c) openigloo dated; bathroom should have been (c) openigloo renovated before I moved (c) openigloo in
