Construction outside often is quite loud, no laundry in building, trash room has rats sometimes

Very responsive super and landlord No issues w/heat Cute area, very close to landromats, groceries, the station

Trash bins get overfilled quickly which is in an outside area in the building Zero light in your room if you're next to the giant crazy super luxury apartment
