Pros

Building is well kept, LL is nice until he really isn’t.

Cons

The neighbors in 2R are a nightmare - cigarette smoke, noise, abusive.

Great building, great apartment

Pros

The cutest quirky apartment in such a great area. Amazing local shops and food close by, right off the M stop, lots of sun.

Cons

Didn’t really bother me but you can literally see the train from the window so it could be loud when it went by. Faced some issues but the landlord always responded and had things fixed right away.
