Mice in walls, messed up plumbing, poor sound proofing

Pros

-love the neighborhood-great restaurants/cafes/brownstone lined streets -electronic rent payment and will split so each roommate pays their share individually -digital maintenance ticket platform and maintenance is pretty good/responsive

Cons

-Mice (or another rodent) in walls and you can hear them moving around at night -Restaurant in building on the corner and they'll host karaoke nights or be really loud cleaning up after closing so lots of noise late into the night -Had issues with pipes in bathroom leaking--both under the sink and also from an actual light fixture -Really expensive to heat apt -Overpriced--no laundry or storage in building and they want over $4K? Not worth it.

Advice to the owners

fix the rodent issue and add in soundproofing while you're in the walls. update the plumbing and seal the windows for better heat efficiency. If you're going to charge this much give us more (or any) amenities!
