Poor Living
Pros
Location. Great neighbors. Nice superintendents. “Community Room” Really nice daylight in living room ONLY. Wonderful family apartment (3-4 people max)
Cons
Building: Rat infested. Roach infested. Intercom/Security very poor. No Access to community room. Poorly managed worn down pre-war building. Apt: You will HEAR everything from the inside to the outside. It will drive you mad. Creaky rotting floors (it will drive you MADDER) rat holes in areas of the apartment, non-functional kitchen, nonfunctional bedrooms. Non functional hallway.
Advice to the owners
Invest in fixing the building so property lasts very long and we are all able to live in it.
