Pros

Lived here almost 3 years. Literally never saw a bug in my apartment, maybe 1 spider in the course of 3 YEARS. Also couldn't hear any next door neighbors. Best 2 things about this building.

Elevators going out, power going out for DAYS at a time... no compensation...
