First Apartment in NYC

The Apartment was furnished, the Q train is 2 blocks away, quiet area with a beautiful park two blocks away. The communication with the building was amazing, super responsible and always happy to support. The building was always clean and never had any issues with my mail or packages. It really gave me the best experience as my first apartment in New York for an amazing price compare ti the value of the unit and amenities!

The building is located in one of the best areas of Manhattan. Although it’s an older building, it’s well maintained. I especially want to highlight our experience with the management company, who supported us from the very beginning. As a Spanish couple newly arrived in the city, navigating all the paperwork and processes can be quite challenging, but Ann made everything seamless. We’re truly grateful for her help and support. Additionally, any time we had an issue in the unit, the management team responded quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated.
