I like the neighbors I've interacted with and the neighborhood.

Cons

The rats, the roaches, the million HPD violations, the harassment, abuse of other tenants, broken front door, trash and debris in the yard, cheap fixtures and installations, and CRUMBLING STRUCTURAL WALL
