So far so good

Pros

Fantastic location, rent stabilized, and cheaper than the surrounding area. Laundry in building, decent hallway, and responsive management. Wood floors, updated kitchen, retro bathroom with tub.

Cons

- 2nd floor elderly neighbor is mentally declining and is occasionally a nuisance to all neighbors. APS has been called multiple times throughout the years but aren't able to do anything (No fault of management though). Everyone else in the building is cordial and keeps to themselves. - Every inch of the apartment has gotten the "landlord special" paint job with the cheapest white paint everywhere including over the door peep hole.

Advice to the owners

I think the floors/stairs could benefit from a steam cleaning as dirt has built up in the cracks.

Advice to the owners

Managing agent SUCKS; they NEVER return calls. Re-install outside security door installation.
