Decent walk up

Pros:
Big living room layout, safe location, no brokers fee, got security deposit in full
Cons:
Management was very unresponsive, old building where appliances would break (oven, mailbox, etc), slanted floors, electricity bill get quite high in winters
Advice to owner:
Please respond to tenants and fix appliances

Great walk-up building

Pros:
Lots of living space, good location, neighbors are not loud. When we had a roach they were very responsive and we have not had one since.
Cons:
Heat doesn't work very well, landlord is not very responsive.

Unresponsive landlord, heating works badly in the winter because windows are not insulated, appliances break easily, pests in summer
