Great Apartment, Beware of Rodents

Pros

It's a beautiful apartment with a ton of amenities, unbeatable location.

Cons

We had a horrendous mouse problem while we lived there. Since it was a Co-Op there wasn't a ton of responsiveness in getting it resolved which resulted in my roommate and I patching holes all over the apartment ourselves and yet the mice kept chewing through. It took about three rounds of blocking everything to keep them from coming back, but it was truly disgusting. So many mice they were in our beds.
