Mixed bag, bag of drugs that is. Very loud scary skinny white drug dealer lives
Former Tenant
Pros:
Privacy, staff concierge especially she is trained above all the staff even managers .
Cons:
No water avail, restaurant was meh, there was a creepy supposed drug dealer operating out of one of the penthouse apartments. A lot of questionable hotel guests
Advice to owner:
More security, less call girls

Nice but very expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Above a hotel, so you could get toilet paper and paper towels brought up, the concierge was very friendly, great kitchen, two bathrooms and an amazing view of the Empire State Building. Also fully furnished
Cons:
Right next to the port authority and all the hustle of Times Square, very expensive
