Pros:
Doormen are extremely friendly, maintenance requests are completed promptly, never had an issue with rodents or roaches. Very happy with my time here

I haven’t had any issues living here

Cheap rent that was close by to work and great going out places
Cons:
The building had a certain smell to it, rats, mice, cockroaches. Neighbors were loud and the walls were thin.

Attentive and friendly doormen, clean & well-maintained building. Laundry room and garbage / recycling areas very reasonable!
Cons:
None really - would have been nice to be able to store bikes in the indoor storage room instead of outdoor small interior courtyard
Advice to owner:
No advice necessarily to the property owner, don’t believe I ever met them
