Beware of landlord and building
Pros
Spacious and has in unit washer dryer.
Cons
Its extremely loud. I confirmed with the landlord that sound is not an issue since it is right next to the highway and he said it was not. Lo and behold, the cars and trucks are so loud it shakes the entire apartment so you will constantly feel shaking and the cabinets rattled so loud we had to pad them all. The floors are slanted too so the fridge won't stand straight and don't bother having anything that rolls because it won't stay. The landlord basically remodeled the apartment with the cheapest materials possible and will try and get every dollar out of you. When I moved out, he texted me a photo of a small puddle that dried on the floor and charged me 500. The tenants all had their own complaints such as flooding, noise, landlord trying to break the law to keep money to himself. Don't move here unless you want to get caught in a scam. The space itself is nice with good lighting but you will never get a good nights sleep. Any open windows will immediately turn window sills black from all the cars blowing by. Faucet was on backwards, stove top doesn't ignite unless you blow really hard, freezer kept breaking at the beginning of our lease and landlord said we would have to buy a new fridge.
