Heavily unresponsive management

Decent price for the size of the apartments, exposed brick detailing, great natural light in one end of the apartment, laundry in building
Cons
Unresponsive management when issues arise, building is in pretty bad shape in general, small kitchens

Noise levels horrendous. Both the traffic and neighbors’ parties.
Advice to the owners
Add soundproofing to all units.
