"Luxury Amenities" but poorly kept apartment

- Concrete ceilings and walls. Pretty quiet except for neighbors dog when left alone. - Large Balcony and Rooftop - Large closet with storage - Secure Building
Cons
- New HVAC units for the whole foods around the corner constantly buzz - Terribly kept apartment. Floors not sealed properly, walls need better caulking, leaky faucets, creaky cabinets, knobs keep falling off, cant read the temperatures on the oven. - One weird neighbor upstairs that screams at top of lungs every once in a while - stove air duct just recycles smoke and heat back into apartment. - no screens on windows - Poorly caulked floors lead to ants every winter and summer. - Old appliances that need to be swapped. - Only one super across 3 different buildings that while responsive is stretched thin. - water issues where cold water is not available sometimes. Has been ongoing. - A/C units are old and extremely musty even with proper cleanings.
Advice to the owners
Hire better contractors when fixing apartments, don't cheap out on appliances.
