-Laundry in building -Rooftop access -Elevator -Only 3 units per floor -Butterfly app to let people in from anywhere

Cons

-Young area so pending on neighbors it can be loud at times -Laundry room was overall fine but could use a deep clean -Expensive for what you get

Good til it wasn’t

Pros

Sweet maintenance guys. Cute shared roof deck, albeit never tidy. Landlord mostly leaves you alone.

Cons

Thin walls. Can hear casual conversation in the next apartment some days. Cold in winters, hot in summers. Landlord is greedy and raised rents by 20% one year and 32% the next.
