Great building, awful management
Pros
Great building, amenities, neighbors, doormen, concierge.
Cons
Management lies and only cares about taking all your money. They are sneaky and will rent you an apartment that has serious issues that affect standard of living and hope you don’t notice. Then when you notice and complain, they pretend to fix it and go through the motions to try to sweep it under the rug, forcing you to keep pushing and pushing to get anything done. They are immoral and will intentionally deceive you.

Don’t lie, be sneaky, deceive.

Overpriced and management who doesn't care at all

Beautiful building, nice amenities, friendly staff
Cons
Management is ineffective, apathetic, and would rather protect stakeholders than tenants.
