Very quiet, roof top access, pretty courtyard, great staff
Nothing really, it is great
Staff is super friendly and helpful, building was recently renovated, neighbors are all very respectful, close to major subway lines
I did have one cockroach problem but the building took care of it immediately and then I never saw them again
