Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of Steven Kashanian's buildings often face significant management issues, particularly regarding pest control, mold, and heating inconsistencies. Multiple reviews highlight unresponsiveness and delays in addressing maintenance concerns, with pest infestations (especially mice and roaches) frequently reported. Garbage management and overall cleanliness vary widely between properties, sometimes leading to unsanitary conditions. While some buildings offer good locations and decent amenities, many renters express frustration with poor communication and inadequate upkeep. Despite occasional positive experiences, there is a clear need for more proactive, professional management to improve tenant satisfaction and living conditions across these buildings.
