The Chef's kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinets and room for a small breakfast nook. The bedroom has quiet, leafy views and includes a walk-in complete with a WASHER DRYER. The white marble bathroom includes a soaking tub. Very well insulated from noise the apartment is near the restaurants, stores and parks that make this neighborhood such a desirable location. Simple application process but sorry no pets or smoking.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
