Unresponsive management but amazing location

Amazing location and great price for size.

Cons

Building not well maintained- carpeted stairs in hallway trap moisture and it smells like mildew. Only 2 washers and one dryer to be shared across 3 buildings make laundry difficult. Had some serious water damage from a leak that took months to finally get addressed. I wasn’t directly responded to by management, even after getting their lawyer involved. I heard about the repairs to MY unit secondhand from my neighbor who had taken them to court previously.
