Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

David Wallace's buildings are characterized by a strong community atmosphere and friendly neighbors, with many tenants appreciating the super's dedication and responsiveness. However, management has faced criticism for inconsistent maintenance, with reports of pest issues, security concerns, and outdated facilities. Noise from the surrounding area is a common complaint, along with occasional delays in addressing repairs. Rent-stabilized options are available, but tenants suggest improved infrastructure and better pest control to enhance their living experience. Overall, while the community spirit remains high, prospective renters should weigh these management challenges.
