Amazing building but also extremely expensive
Pros
- super clean, great staff, very well maintained - maintenance comes within an hour of when you submit an issue - gym in building with peloton seldom used - washer/dryer in unit - beautiful modern appliances - never had any issues with bugs
Cons
- terrible energy efficiency - apartment was like a greenhouse with the sun coming in (price you pay for floor to ceiling windows), electric bill was ~$300-400 in the summer - really expensive rent, management uses a pricing model that can be negotiated but has a high floor, no preference given to current tenants, they don’t mind the turnover - windows are large, but no screens - not a lot of storage - additional ~$30-50/month water bill
