Quiet area and low noise level most of the time. Building is not bad at all, just poor experience with landlord.
Lots of ants and roaches not kept up with in the basement unit. I was getting bitten by bugs all the time.
always nice and warm, friendly neighbors
street it's on is kinda busy but you also get to be around nice shops because of that
