Great natural lighting for all units and excellent neighbors. Good kitchen appliances and washer/dryer in most units.

Very poorly organized building - no one to call or attend to if had any issues. Landlord was super unresponsive and would come high. There were leaks off our walls, mice, with no one to attend to the issue.
