Amazing landlords, rental from family
Pros
This is the ideal landlord setup - renting an apartment in a shared home from kind and responsive landlords who live downstairs. They are incredibly responsive, always available to help and are genuinely interested in providing a good living situation for their tenants, not purely profit. Highly recommend!
Cons
The apartment is lovely; my only cons are because it’s a top floor / attic apt, it gets quite hot in the summer but the landlords provide window AC units that they will install for you.
