Solid Building and Great Maintenance

Pros:
Great location and everyone in the building was very nice. The super was always very responsive and kept the building clean.
Cons:
The upstairs neighbor was horribly loud. Constant horn-honking at the intersection as a result of having an apartment that faced the street.
