Loud Street, Apt is nice
Pros
This is one of the few buildings that’s new with decent living room space. The location is great. Overall, any issue we’ve had was attended to and addressed quickly Location is lovely. Laundry in the building.
Cons
The street is incredibly loud, and the people living in the building across and next to this one basically live on the street once it’s slightly warm and there’s currently a U-Haul drug dealer parked by this building by the trash area… this is not managements fault but more of a ny issue The building is often dirty and I would say that’s mostly because there is no live-in super so someone comes by to clean sometimes and the other tenants can be careless and dirty.. I don’t think it’s really poor management I think the tenants are too careless I love this apt honestly, the only thing that would drive me away is lack of elevator and the noise on the street

extra loud neighbors, garbage often overflowing but also not totally their fault (rummagers), backyard messy
