We need some TLC.

Pros:
Good neighbors, nice square footage, great super.
Cons:
*Lack of ventilation
*Not renovated since the 80s
*Over 100 years old/ refusal of building upkeep
*Unresponsive landlord/ management company
*Windows old/ not sealed
*Rotting doors, wood, and floorboards
*Improper wiring/ lack of care or updates of appliances
Advice to owner:
This entire building needs a serious facelift.
