Some people should not be landlords
Pros
Beautiful and large apartment for a good price
Cons
Thin walls, loud and rude neighbors, landlord lives in building and complained that we “opened drawers too loudly” and that our “footsteps were too loud.” Also had an issue where the front door to our apartment kept locking us out. Our upstairs neighbors would regularly have loud parties until 3 am on weeknights and we could hear everything. When we spoke to the landlord about this he denied anything was happening.
Advice to the owners
I think the owner of this building should move somewhere else because he is not meant to be a landlord.
